Design concepts, drawings, mood boards, and other creative materials shared with clients remain the property of House of Aurelia until full payment is received. Even after payment, we retain the right to display these works for marketing, portfolio, and publication purposes.

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or unsolicited content.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

• Misuse our Site in any way that could impair its functionality.

If you have any trouble accessing information on our website, related to ADA compliance or otherwise, please reach out to the email listed below so we can promptly improve our user experience. We will work to improve your access and the website usability within two business days, to the best of our ability within the confines of Wix website hosting and development.

Engaging House of Aurelia for design services will require a separate written agreement outlining scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines. These project-specific agreements take precedence over these Terms in case of any conflict.

Payments for Services are due as outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Design fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the creative nature of our Services.

We strive to ensure all information on our Site is accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without notice.
